Neat! I'm away from my books at the moment, but does 4E have an "averting your eyes" mechanic of sorts? Off the top of my head, I'd allow people to take a -2 penalty to attacks for a +2 bonus to defenses against any "blind creatures immune" effects, but I can't remember if such a thing exists already.

Here's another conversion of a "classic" (in my eyes, at least) Fiend Folio monster: the blindheim.
I sense a pun here. :)
Guilty as charged.
Isn't a Blindheim a frog?

There's no formal mechanic for it, but I'd let a PC "blind" himself by closing his eyes.
Cole - yup, they're frog guys. I should find an image and add it to the doc.
